No – Munster does not have a pre-sale home inspection. Many towns in Illinois do have a pre-sale home inspection required by the city or village, but the Town of Munster does not require a pre-sale home inspection. The main involvement from the Town of Munster you would have would be to have the Town of Munster change the water account to the name of the buyer, and for the seller to have the final water bill paid right before closing.
