Well, of course, I’d love to be your realtor! If you are looking to find a real estate agent, or the “best realtors near me” what I would recommend is to call a couple St. John Indiana real estate agents and ask them to explain the buying and selling process, and what value they add to the process. From this conversation you will get a feel for if the agent “knows their stuff,” and you can get a feel for if you would be a good fit with that agent. Actually, before most people call me, they have done a web search for “realtor near me,” “best realtor near me,” “St. John Realtor near me” or “top realtors near me,” and have found my website or my YouTube channel, which has a wealth of information on Northwest Indiana and the Chicagoland Suburbs.
Traffic in St. John Indiana during the day is generally pretty easy going, but does get pretty busy during rush hour. The main north-south street that travels through St. John is Indianapolis Blvd, most commonly called “Highway 41”, or “Route 41” which goes north to Hammond, and south past through the state. Route 41 is night and day different on traffic between daytime hours and rush hour. The main east-west streets such as 77th, and 93rd also get busy during rush hour, and these roads are one way each way, so they just don’t have much capacity.
For all intents and purposes, there is not generally much of a difference between a real estate agent and a Realtor. A “Realtor” is a designation of real estate agents. So, all Realtors are real estate agents, but not all real estate agents are Realtors.

The below list are the neighborhoods of St. John and the Subdivisions of St. John. The term “neighborhood” and “subdivision” are often used interchangeably, but in St. John, we are really talking about specific “subdivisions” as the term “neighborhoods” doesn’t really apply to St. John. Sometimes a region of a town (such as a cluster of different subdivisions) will collectively be called one name, and that would be a “neighborhood.” In St. John we don’t call regions of the town by “neighborhoods”, we call them by their specific “subdivision.”
Listed under the subdivision name is some general information that came to mind from living in St. John. Please give me a call 708-608-3000 or email tony@anczer.com if you have any questions about St. John or other areas of the region.

In Mill Creek you will find a blend of 2 Story homes, racnch homes, and paired ranch homes that are in a maintenance free home owner’s association. The entire subdivision has a home owner’s association, and the section of townhouses has a second HOA that includes landscaping and snow removal. Mill Creek is in the average price point for St. John with average quality construction. On thing I like about Mill Creek is that the subdivision design has an open feel with a large pond, a playground, has some pockets of mature trees and overall feels a little more open than many other subdivisions.
