The location of Streamside subdivision is just southwest of the intersection of White Oak Ave. and 109th Ave. Streamside is on the very south end of the Town of St. John.
To get Streamside from the east you would take Highway 41 (aka Indianapolis Blvd.) to Route 231 (aka 109th Ave.), go west on Hwy 231 to White Oak Ave., then south on White Oak Ave to 111th Ave., west on 111th Ave. and you are in the subdivision.
Other landmarks in the area include: the subdivisions of Silverleaf Subdivision and Greystone Subdivisions are just to the north across Rt. 231; Heartland Sports Complex (10600 White Oak Ave., Dyer IN) is about 0.25 miles to the north; and Landheim Training and Boarding Center (13200 109th Ave., Dyer, IN) is just across the street on the north side of Rt. 231
Yes, Summerlin Estates subdivision does have an HOA. There is an HOA board comprised of residents of the subdivision. The funds collected for the HOA primarily exist to fund the maintenance of the ponds and front subdivision entrance area.
Ranch homes, 1.5 story homes, and 2 story homes are the only architectural styles of homes in Streamside Subdivision.
