The location of Copper Creek subdivision is along the southwest corner of the City of Crown Point Indiana
To get the Copper Creek subdivision you would take Grant Street (aka Rt 55) to west 133rd Rd., then West on 133rd Rd. to Copper Creek Drive, and then you are at the entrance to the subdivision. As a landmark of where to turn is the pond of Regency Subdivision located at the northeast corner of Grant St. and 133rd. 133rd Rd. continues to the west into Cedar Lake.

All one (1) story residences shall have a minimum finished floor area of one thousand eight hundred (1,800) square feet.
All one and one-half (1-1/2) story residences shall have a minimum finished floor area of two thousand (2,000) square feet.
Fences – Only “wrought iron” style or aluminum fences will be allowed, and in any and all occasions chain link fences are prohibited from use anywhere in the Subdivision including dog runs and pet enclosures.
Ranch homes, 1.5 story homes, and 2 story homes. Tri-level homes, bi-level homes, and quad-level homes are not allowed. Copper Creek is one of the more expensive subdivisions in Crown Point, and are mostly custom homes that are built at a higher quality than production home builders.
No, there is no park in Copper Creek. Right down the street to the west is Lemon Lake County Park that has a very large playground with lots of playground equipment, fishing ponds, disc golf course, and hiking trails.
